As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the Sales and Business Development teams in managing client information, preparing proposals, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales cycle. This role is suitable for Freshers to Junior-level candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.

Position Overview

As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the Sales and Business Development teams in managing client information, preparing proposals, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales cycle. This role is suitable for Freshers to Junior-level candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination & Documentation

  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and relevant documents.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and internal sales tracking reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales-related documents.

2. Customer Support

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or online channels.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, demos, and follow-up tasks between clients and the sales team.
  • Gather customer requirements and transfer information clearly to relevant internal teams.

3. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of information and materials.
  • Follow up on project progress and update stakeholders when needed.

4. Sales Operations & Process Improvement

  • Support the preparation of monthly/quarterly sales reports.
  • Assist in optimizing sales processes, documentation templates, and internal workflows.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute insights for improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields (final-year interns or new graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Admin, Customer Service, or related positions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn about technology products (SaaS, ERP, CRM, BPA…).
